| James
Busby is a prolific artist who is inspired by the natural environment.
Viewers will find evidence of West Texas scenery and the Southwest
United States in many of his paintings and sculptures. Busby
uses his childhood experiences from the Woodlands of East Texas
and the Texas Plains country to interpret nature in a unique
style which incorporates elements of his major influences; the
French Impressionists, J.M.W. Turner, Gustave Klimt and Paul
Jenkins. |
